1. Agreement

By using listrubric.com you agree to these terms. If you use ListRubric for a business, you accept them on its behalf. Operator: [legal business name and address to be added].

2. The service

ListRubric checks product listings against marketplace rules we summarize from public seller documentation, and gives scores and suggestions. Scores are our own estimates. They are not official Amazon, Walmart, TikTok or Shopify scores, and we do not guarantee any ranking, sales or listing approval result. Marketplace rules change. Always confirm requirements in your seller account.

3. Accounts

You must give an accurate email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person unless we agree otherwise.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Free accounts get the monthly grade allowance shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Unused grades do not roll over. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including trying to access other accounts, bypass usage limits, overload our systems, scrape the service, or submit unlawful content.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of listing content you submit. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using ListRubric and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Governing law: [state or country to be added].
