Frequently asked questions
What counts as a full grade?
One listing graded on title, bullets or description, images and keyword coverage. Each row in a bulk CSV upload counts as one grade. The free title checkers on our tool pages do not count.
When do grades reset?
On the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused grades do not roll over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are monthly. You can cancel from Manage billing in your dashboard, and you keep your plan until the end of the billing period.
Are paid plans available now?
Paid plans open soon. Create a free account today and you can upgrade from your dashboard as soon as billing goes live.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan does not need a payment method.
