Amazon title generator

How this generator works

This is a rule based generator, not an AI writer. It takes the parts you enter, puts them in the order Amazon shoppers read, and trims to fit Amazon's 75 character limit. It never adds words you did not type, so it cannot invent a feature or a claim your product does not have.

The steps it follows:

  1. Joins your fields in this order: brand, product line, product type, key attributes, size and quantity.
  2. Removes promotional phrases such as "best seller" or "free shipping", banned special characters, and ALL CAPS formatting.
  3. Removes repeated words and filler adjectives like "premium" and "high quality".
  4. If the title is still too long, drops the lowest priority attribute groups first, then trims at a word boundary.
  5. Keeps your brand at the start.
  6. Lists anything it dropped as suggested Item Highlights text, cut to 125 characters.

Tips for better input

  • Product type: use the words shoppers type into Amazon search, like "dog bed" or "phone case."
  • Attributes: separate them with commas. The generator treats each comma group as one unit, so it removes whole ideas instead of cutting a word in half.
  • Put the most important attribute first. If something has to go, the generator drops the later groups first.
  • Size and quantity: use numerals and short units, like "32 oz" or "2 Pack."

Why 75 characters

Since July 27, 2026, Amazon requires titles in all categories except media to be 75 characters or less, including spaces. Titles still over the limit are gradually replaced with an Amazon AI recommendation. Writing your own version first lets you choose what stays. Read more in our guide to the 75 character limit.

Check before you publish

Every generated title runs through the same checks as our title checker: length, promotional terms, special characters, ALL CAPS and repeated words. Still read it once. A rule based tool cannot tell whether "Acme Dog Bed Large Orthopedic" sounds as natural as "Acme Orthopedic Dog Bed, Large." Rearrange words if needed and paste the result back into the checker.

Not verified on an official page: Amazon has not published an official title formula for all categories. The field order used here (brand, product type, attributes, size, quantity) follows common category style guides and TikTok and Walmart guidance, but your category style guide in Seller Central may differ.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this Amazon title generator free?

Yes. It runs in your browser with no signup, and nothing you type is uploaded.

Does it use AI?

No. It is rule based. It only rearranges and trims the words you enter, so it never invents product claims.

Will the generated title always be 75 characters or less?

Yes. The tool trims to 75 characters or fewer and then checks the result against Amazon's title rules.

What happens to the details that do not fit?

They are listed as suggested Item Highlights text, which Amazon allows up to 125 characters.

Can I use it for media products?

Media is exempt from the 75 character limit, so you can write longer titles for books, music and video.
